Audience members will learn how to establish their EU HQ and expand in the EU Tech Market.

Cork, Ireland, March 21, 2016 — Tenego Partnering today announced that it will proudly host, on the 14th of April at 4PM GMT, its first Fireside Chat focused on North American companies interested in expanding and growing their business base in the European markets. Neil Hoey, Tenego Ireland’s CEO and panelist comments: “The timing of this event could not be more appropriate as North American companies seek out ways to expand their growth into proven and lucrative markets while avoiding the pitfalls associated with such expansions.”

The format of the event will be an informal Fireside Chat with Brian Seidman, Director at Mind + Machines. Brian will share with the audience the challenges, the opportunities, and the dos and don’ts of his experience in the expansion he led into Europe. Brian is the Founder of Seidman & Co and also a Director of Minds + Machines.

Engaging with Brian will be a high-caliber panel discussing a broad range of subjects. They will cover the majority of areas involved in overseas expansions, such as Sales Chanel Development, Team Development and Recruitment, International Law, International Tax and Financing Growth Expansion.

The panelists include Neil Hoey (CEO, Tenego Ireland), Adrian McGennis (CEO, Sigmar Ireland and Co-Founder of GatewayToEurope), David Carthy (Partner, William Fry Solicitors), Cliona Donnelly (Partner, William Fry Tax Advisors), Frank Keane (Head of International Business, EisnerAmper and Co-Founder of GatewayToEurope).

The Fireside Chat will take place at the offices of William Fry in Dublin’s Silicon Docks, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2 on April 14th, starting at 4pm GMT (8AM PST/9AM MST/10AM CST/11AM EST). Registration is required in order to guarantee participation and to have access to a host of benefits from the event.
