Des Plaines, Illinois – November 21, 2015, At the request of several regional lenders and real estate firms, Prism Title recently began servicing title needs for Wisconsin Realtors and Lenders across all of Southeastern Wisconsin. Prism Title will be initially setting up closing offices in Brookfield, Peewauke and Wauwatosa. The new TRID rule, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure, was brought forth by the CFPB, and has had a sweeping impact on the real estate market through the implementation and compliance costs it requires. The new rules affect the entire mortgage-lending industry, including lenders, service providers, appraisers, escrow agents and virtually anyone with a relationship to the mortgage lending process.
